Our feet are so important for our overall posture and how we feel in our body, but we give them so little TLC. From high heels to flats with no support, our shoes can really contribute to tension in the feet. Our second special ingredient is peppermint. I love adding peppermint to foot scrubs to leave feet smelling fresh and clean, but this lovely herb does so much more!
