The fragrance is very well balanced between the "bodiness" of tuberose, the freshness of freesia, the juicy pomegranate, and the sandalwood that contributes with the spicyness. I wouldn't have thought of a blood mandarin note (I never even saw a blood mandarin in my life), but now that I know it's there, I think I can smell a bit of a blood orange note, too.
