Once I had loaded filament into the extruder, I leveled the bed by using the included triangular piece of paper and adjusting the nozzle height with the thumbscrews at all four corners of the bed. Both are build up from 20x20 and 20x40 aluminum extrusions, and the linear motion is handled via V-slots and plastic rollers. Don’t tighten them too much, since it will bring other problems, you just have to eliminate the wobble that happens when you manipulate the moving parts. A clear sign of the bed level being out is the initial brim being dragged and not sticking to the bed. I've just mainly printed add-ons for the printer and some knick-knack type things, but I'm ready to try some bigger prints.

The FlexPlate system is suitable for various 3D printers with a print bed surface of 235mm x 235mm and is produced in the United States. I was able to easily load filament through the injection molded extruder and into the white Bowden tube.

While all three printers feature a heated print bed, the bed material is different across the machines. I've upgraded the extruder and fitted this Vibury MK8 aluminium drive feed and extruder, simply because the plastic parts fitted can wear and a consistent feed is crucial to good quality prints. Both printers were provided by Gearbest, free of charge, though everything you hear in this review are my own thoughts!

The Capricorn TL Creality Kit is specially composed for the Creality 3D printers (CR-10, CR-10S, Ender-3, Ender-3 Pro). I used a nozzle temperature of 205°C and a bed temperature of 55²C, to minimise distortion on the first layer. I've added 'upgrades' for convenience and reliability (not that I expect anything would have failed) and have run 4Kg through the machine in around a week. As someone who misplaces tools and has lost every 10mm socket I have ever owned, this is a welcome feature to combat misplacing these important tools. There is no soldering, crimping, or other advanced techniques required that would put this kit out of reach for a beginner with limited tools and/or experience.
