About this deal

Ross Welford, author of Time Travelling with a Hamster 'I loved it' Lisa Thompson, author of The Goldfish Boy There are two sides to every story Dan is angry. This not only progresses the plot, but also allows us to see every situation that arises from the protagonist and antagonist viewpoints.

Overall this is a classic story with classic writing, but still good in showing a warmth that is successfully conveyed in an attractive way through the perspective of teenagers that are not patronizing. I think it is also clever of Foster to make each chapter alternatre between Dan’s and Alex’s points of view (almost like a diary of each put together).I know it sounds kinda cheesy, but it is rlly good since it switches point of view from Dan and Alex in every chapter, so u get to see what they think of the situation. But Orlando’s years of studio experience come in handy here; rather than slip into easy clichés or worn-out Hollywood narratives, he offers up polished yet personal songs that feel vivid, earnest, and real.

After a decade of viral YouTube covers, dozens of singles, and three EPs—the first of which was released when he was just 12 years old—Johnny Orlando finally delivers his first full-length album. This is a darling little story that I knocked out within a day about a complicated friendship between two boys. The relationships he had with his Mum and Elliott felt particularly great in this respect, like they want him to feel better, but they also just want him to get on with playing his guitar or swapping footie stickers at lunchtime.
