Description

Harry was often locked in his room and even though he was actually a wizard, he couldn't magic himself to freedom. He also is in charge of the Duelling Club, and accompanies Harry and Ron into the Chamber (PC/Mac, PlayStation 1, and GBC versions only).

Part Two offers the new feature of Apparition and several new playable characters such as Seamus Finnigan, Ginny Weasley, and Professor McGonagall, which allow players to experience the Battle of Hogwarts from alternative points of view. The game file has a dedicated screen of when you lose or win a game of Quidditch, it shows the screen of when you face Slytherin by default, or Gryffindor on winning. It's probably a placeholder from development, or a fallback in case the game does not recognize a potion. During development, the Gringotts bank was accessible from there, and even with the mention of being "closed" the door has no interaction implemented on the scene, so this text is never seen. Unsneak is done in this game by moving Harry away from the wall he is sneaking on, unlike in the PS2 version where a button press can also be done.Goblet also includes a much more action-oriented and linearly-structured gameplay than the previous games. Gargoyles can only be defeated by reflecting their attacks, and the duels with Malfoy and Goyle take place during Day 2 and Night 2 - two days before the Incendio challenge. Throughout the course of the game, the player will encounter events that tie into the storyline of the second book. In 2009, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince became the first Harry Potter to appear on mobile devices. In Japan, Famitsu gave the GameCube and PlayStation 2 versions a score of all four sixes for a total of 24 out of 40.

Harry cannot learn this spell, but exclusively to the Playstation 2 version can use a charged (and well timed) Expelliarmus cast to deflect this spell back at the Prefects to stun them if he doesn't get surrounded quickly. While the PlayStation 2 version allows the player to land anywhere they want, in the Xbox and GameCube version the landing zones are limited. Harry is first on flying the broomstick before Neville flies (unlike in the book and the film), when Madam Hooch says "Longbottom, your turn". Developed by Warthog Games and released in December 2003 for the GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Xbox, it is the second set of games to have this title following a release of the same name in 2001.

Also known as "Animation Viewer", this is a large, gray, empty room that the developers used to visualize almost every character's 3D model in-game. During any other night than night 2, both parts of the Annexe remain under supervision of the Prefects, even if the door is locked and inaccessible to the player. During the period between January 2000 and August 2006, it was the 18th highest-selling game launched for the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS or PlayStation Portable in that country. In Sorcerer_s Stone, players act as Harry in a _sandbox__ or _free roam__ style of gameplay, in which they explore and collect items, solve puzzles, and engage in duels or combat.

It is also possible that this is a second Defend Against the Dark Arts (DADA) spell challenge which was scrapped as evidenced by this element of the DADA map. A screenshot of the inventory, Quidditch results can be found, the inventory was originally much lighter and coloured with gold. To unlock it you just have to connect your GBA to the system and find the required cards on the GBA version. Making the most of new technology, the locations in and around Hogwarts and Diagon Alley are displayed in 3-D.Some of them have their own specificity, such as some lacking ground collision and others like test_AW which has the music of the Girls' Bathroom and can even run the cutscene of night 3, however it will crash the game if the level is entered on night 5. Its gameplay differed greatly from the other versions, followed the film far more closely than the other games, though it was criticised for reusing the spells and world map from the Chamber of Secrets version of the game. The PlayStation version of the game is a sequel to the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone game and was also developed by Argonaut Games. You'll be given objectives to complete at the start of each day, ranging from clearing gnomes out of a garden to attending class and learning a spell.

The texture of the Xbox version's buttons can be found fully functional in the game files under the name panel. It was probably deleted because the sequence of Harry's accident and his subsequent stay in the infirmary in the original story is omitted here. The game has a screenshot system that can be done in game and then sent by mail or sent on a USB key if the game was launched on a computer.

The game's chests can contain a number of different items, some of which are never found in normal play. Note that in the next game, the hole is no longer there, but there is a poorly textured square at that location. The player must then find, on the land next to it, an Owl Treat for Hedwig to unlock the exit that leads to the boss of the level. Instead, Ron reveals that he and Harry missed the train while they are still at Flourish and Blotts.
